When you order or book, we collect the details you give us: name, phone number, delivery address and order details. We use them only to process your order, delivery or cleaning booking.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Your details are used to confirm orders on WhatsApp, deliver products or perform services, and provide customer support.
Order history saved in your browser (this device) is used to show you your orders in My Account.
Online payments, when launched, are processed securely by our payment provider. Your payment details are never stored by DeryCare.
You can ask us at any time to update or remove your details — just message us on WhatsApp.
